Asiana club Diamond Plus Benefits

Asiana airlines frequent flyer program has four tiers--Gold, Diamond, Diamond Plus and Platinum elite status.
Qualification criteria for Diamond Plus members
Accrue 100,000 on-board miles, or 100 trips with Asiana Airlines every 24 months from 'Reference Day'

On-board mileage is Asiana airlines Elite qualifying miles includes miles accrued by traveling with Asiana Airlines or Star Alliance airlines, and excludes bonus mileage for Elite members, partner mileage, or mileage offered in promotional events.

Asiana Club Diamond Plus Member Benefits

You will receive a Diamond Member card with a Star Alliance Gold logo as well as a bag tag for priority baggage service.

Priority Reservation Waitlist
You will be able to travel on reward tickets during peak season without additional deduction of mileage.

Diamond Plus members can transfer their reward tickets to a third party. You must sign the Reward Ticket Request Form in order to transfer your ticket to another person.

This will become effective for the members upgraded to Diamond Plus status on or after November 1, 2010.

Diamond Plus members upgraded by November 1, 2010 are eligible to access highest counters or highest lounges of Asiana Airlines until the qualification validity period.

Diamond Plus members can access lounges including 1 guest.

Diamond Plus members are allowed excess baggage as below at no extra cost.

When you become an Asiana Club Diamond Plus member, you automatically qualify for Star Alliance Gold membership and will be entitled to Diamond member benefits such as access to Star Alliance Lounges worldwide.

In addition, you will be awarded miles whenever you fly Asiana Airlines and Star Alliance carriers or use our partner services. Accrued miles can be redeemed as reward tickets or be used to receive discounts when using our partner services.
