Brussels Airlines flights to Washington and Chicago

Brussels Airlines will be able to offer daily flights to Washington and Chicago. Passengers can then continue their journey from these two destinations to a number of other US destinations. thanks to a new codeshare partnership with United Airlines.
As part of the agreement, both the daily direct flight from Brussels to Washington dulles airport, and the new daily service to Chicago O’Hare, which was started at the end of March by United Airlines, will be offered by Brussels Airlines.
The partnership between Brussels Airlines and United Airlines is not limited to just direct transatlantic routes. With a transfer in Chicago or Washington, Brussels Airlines passengers can also travel on to Boston, Denver, Dallas FW, Austin, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Portland, Tampa, Houston, and a number of other destinations in the US. As these destinations will henceforth be codeshare destinations, SN flight numbers will also be placed on these flights by Brussels Airlines.

Henceforth, United Airlines passengers can fly with Brussels Airlines to various European and African destinations, via Brussels Airport. From 6 April, the flightcode “UA” will be added to a number of Brussels Airlines flights. In total, United Airlines will add 24 European and 12 African Brussels Airlines destinations to its network.
United Airlines is one of the founding members of the global airline network Star Alliance, which Brussels Airlines recently joined in December 2009. Passengers from Brussels Airlines who make use of this new codeshare service can earn and spend Miles & More loyalty award miles. Similarly, members of United’s Mileage Plus programme can earn and spend miles when they fly with Brussels Airlines.
